Reservation Policy
Non-refundable rate: A 100% cancellation fee applies. One (1) date and/or name change is permitted, provided the request is made at least seven (7) days prior to the check-in date. The new date must fall within the promotion’s validity period, and changes must be scheduled within a 6-month window.
Additional fees apply for room upgrades, extra beds, early check-in, and late check-out. Confirmation of new dates is subject to availability and may incur additional charges due to rate differences. Change requests must be submitted via Phone/WhatsApp at +51 959719955 or by email at sanpedroplazacusco@gmail.com. If the applicable rate for the new date is lower than the original price paid, no balance or credit will be issued in favor of the customer.
Children’s Policy: Children under 5 years of age stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with their parents. Minors are not permitted to stay without a responsible adult.
Guarantee Policy
All payments shall be processed through the website at the time of booking; no subsequent charges will be made. The establishment’s reference currency is the U.S. Dollar (USD).

Pricing: Rates published on the website are per room, per night.
Inclusions: Rates include a Buffet Breakfast and a 10% service charge.
Taxes (IGV): Residents of Peru are subject to a 10% General Sales Tax (IGV), in accordance with Peruvian law.
Occupancy: The maximum number of guests per room depends on the selected room type and will be specified at the time of booking.
Availability: Availability may vary by date and room type. The establishment reserves the right to make operational adjustments; no liability shall arise if such changes are promptly communicated and updated on sales platforms.
Government Regulations: If official mandates restrict or prevent service delivery before or after a booking, the establishment assumes no liability and is not required to compensate the guest, unless otherwise mandated by law.
Compliance: If service cannot be provided due to the guest’s failure to comply with regulations or protocols, a No Show charge will apply.
Force Majeure: Pursuant to Articles 1315 and 1316 of the Civil Code, the establishment is not liable for failure to provide service due to acts of God, force majeure, or causes beyond its control.
Operational Status: Reservations are subject to hotel operations and legal provisions. If the hotel cannot operate on the reserved date, guests will be notified via email at least 7 days in advance. In such cases, a date change or relocation to a hotel of equal or higher category will be offered at no additional cost.
Web Limitations: The hotel is not responsible for web service interruptions, third-party errors, or events beyond its reasonable control.
